Dianne Thigpen Muscarello

Thibodeaux - man of many talents

Not only is Thibodeaux a dog of many words, but many talents as well.

I had originally loaded a number of flower pictures as a response to Nick's beautiful hydrangeas, but Ann had a fit.  You know how she can be when she gets to ranting and raving about something.  So I pulled the flower photos (but they will be back one day soon) and instead have loaded a number of photos of me.    Well, Ann, I hope these pictures make you happy!

Dianne
This is me, working in the barn.  You can tell the weather gets hot around here.  Of course hot is 82!

Dianne with the grandkids

My granddaughters and I.  We have spent the day frolicking in the creek at the base of this waterfall.

Hiking a trail in Lassen Volcanic National Park

This was quite a hike, but the scenery was beautiful in Lassen Volcanic National Park.
You can see, I've warmed up a lot - sweatshirt is tied around my waist and this is at about 6,000' elevation.

Doing one of my favorite things - cooking cajun food!

One thing I don't miss about leaving Louisiana is the food.
I cook it here just like they do back home.
Shrimp!   Yummmmmmmm!

nasturtium

I couldn't stand it.  Here's a flower photo from my patio.  It is a nasturtium - one of my all time favorite flowers.
Guess I'll catch it from Ann for sure.
