Thursday of every week, Ann sends out a class
newsletter. It contains the emails fellow classmates have sent to
her about the current things going on in their lives. On those
occasions when no one sends her any news, she proceeds to rant and rave
on her own. Please spare us all one of Ann's diatribes . Be sure
to send Ann lots of updates weekly! The rest of the class love
reading about what their old school chums are doing. To receive a copy of previous articles click here Ann will gladly forward you copies of previous newsletters |

As we are getting older year by year,
it seems each of us has our share of bad news.
It's either something about ourselves,
or a close relative or friend. How sad I feel when I read
about the trials of each of our classmates, and I certainly include
them all in my prayers.
You asked that we try to share some
GOOD news now and then.
Well, I have some fantastic news to share, which we had almost
decided we would never have. So many of you and all of our
friends have been grandparents for years, and all tell us what a
wonderful joy it is to have these children in their lives. We
finally have had a grand-
daughter as of 6/18/10, 8 lb., l oz.,
with a head full of dark hair. Thank the Lord, she is very
healthy and doing great. Today, Father's Day, she came home
with her parents here in
We too have had our bad news over the
past several years, so I am so happy to share with all of you some
good news for a change. Of course, I am well aware that most
of you have already experienced this delight perhaps many times in
the past. But think back to how special a new birth is, and
give all of your grandchildren a great big hug.
What an amazing Father's Day it has
been for my son Brad, and for Jimmie, her grandfather. Oh, her
name is Adaline Grace Reeves.
Love and prayers for you all,
Ann:
Hey Ann
Suzette is sponsoring an event this
coming Sunday, the 27th. Anyone wanting to attend,
is very welcome, it is for the ConKerr Cancer. – see attachment.
It will give you a chance to show your
artistic side. (and I think have a drink or two)

I will add this to my list of things I
want to do next week and see If I can accomplish it. Thanks
for the web site. I hope your daughter Is doing better.

Ann: Didn’t Dianne do a great job with the new web site? I’ve posted
numerous grandchildren photos there. Jack and I have nine so far. I
think his kids have figured out what caused this and have stopped
reproducing. Mary is not married so that number may yet grow
although she just groans if I say something like that. She thinks
grand-dachshunds are better.
Thank you, Sheila, for asking about Tracie. She is not doing well.
She
is not on chemo at all right now. The results have been mixed on the
tumors. Some have gotten a little smaller and some have gotten a
little larger. PET scans show a spot on her liver and maybe one on
her spine.
The
chemo has just destroyed her body and she is extremely thin and
weak. Please keep her in your prayers. She is so very brave but also
so very, very tired. We leave Friday morning to spend the weekend
with her in
Our
dear
Greg Allen has
requested two masses to be said for her in July at St. Isadore. The
thoughtfulness of all of you has been so touching and heartwarming.
Prayer is her only hope now. Pray also that her Dad and I can
continue to be strong for her.
